    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an integral part of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in enterprise accounts. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a hunter mentality who is eager to make an impact and is comfortable with outbound B2B sales. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to fuel our growth by connecting with senior decision-makers and building a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects.


    How You'll Make an Impact:

    • Lead Prospecting Efforts: Use targeted strategies to initiate outreach and connect with key enterprise prospects.
    • Identify Pain Points: Discover the needs and challenges of potential customers to position our solutions effectively.
    • Drive Interest in Transformation: Engage prospects on Automation and Digital Transformation to spark their interest.
    • Set Discovery Meetings: Schedule key meetings between prospects and sales reps to advance deals.
    • Master Social Selling: Deliver consistent messaging across social platforms and industry events to build connections.
    • Build and Manage Target Lists: Develop, refine, and maintain high-quality target account lists using data tools, CRM insights, and market intelligence.
    • Qualify Key Prospects: Contact, build relationships, and qualify potential leads in target areas.
    • Boost Brand Awareness: Collaborate with Business Development to enhance our presence within target accounts.
    • Nurture Leads Consistently: Use a multi-channel approach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to keep prospects engaged.
    • Own CRM Accuracy: Keep prospect data and insights updated in our CRM to support the sales team.
    • Join Initial Calls: Participate in discovery calls to support early-stage lead engagement.
    • Sync with Marketing: Regularly align with Marketing to update on strategic accounts and refine outreach efforts.
    • Drive Event Success: Lead preparation and outreach at industry events, pitching, demoing, and qualifying leads.
    • Execute Social Selling Tactics: Implement the social selling playbook to connect with key stakeholders.
    • Feed Market Intelligence: Capture insights from conversations with prospects and feed them back to Sales and Marketing to improve positioning and messaging.


    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience in Enterprise Sales: 1-2 years as a BDR/SDR in SaaS with a focus on enterprise customers.
    • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales or account management roles.
    • Established Network: Ideally, an active network of contacts within Europe.
    • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with AI and process automation; experience in selling AI products/services is a plus.
    • Business-Minded: Strong business acumen and a passion for growing a career in software sales.
    • Engaging Personality: Outgoing, with the ability to connect and engage with potential clients.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

    We are expanding our Sales Engineering team with an experienced Sales Engineer who can lead technical discovery, architect solutions, and support the full pre-sales cycle across multiple industries and use cases.


    Job Overview:

    You will partner with Sales Executives to qualify opportunities, design end-to-end conversational AI solutions, estimate implementation effort, and build demos and prototypes that accurately reflect customer needs. You will work closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and alignment from first conversation through handoff.

    This role requires strong analytical skills, deep curiosity, and the ability to translate complex business processes into robust, AI-driven solutions.


    How You'll Make an Impact:

    Technical Discovery & Qualification

    • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects, partners, and solution stakeholders.
    • Translate customer requirements, constraints, and processes into clear solution approaches.

    Solution Design & Architecture

    • Design conversational AI solutions using Automaise's platform (voice, chat, API-based tools, knowledge base structures, conversational graphs).
    • Define integration architectures involving REST APIs, telephony/SIP systems, CCaaS platforms, and cloud environments.
    • Produce structured effort estimates, solution breakdowns, and Statements of Work.

    Pre-Sales Execution

    • Build and deliver demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts for voice and chat channels.
    • Own RFIs, and RFP technical proposals.
    • Respond to technical questions and handle solution-level objections.
    • Ensure proposed solutions balance feasibility, cost, and customer expectations.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Product and Delivery to align early solution decisions with implementation constraints.
    • Support the sales-to-delivery handoff and flag risks or trade-offs early.
    • Participate in early project checkpoints to ensure alignment with the scoped solution.


    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
    • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including prompt design, RAG principles and agent orchestration.
    • Confident working with AI tools and capable of constructing well-structured prompts, system instructions, and agent behaviours.
    • Solid grasp of APIs, cloud/SaaS architectures, and common enterprise technical constraints.
    • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Fluent in Portuguese. Competent and comfortable communicating in Spanish or English with internal teams and with customers.
    • OK with travelling internationally for client facing engagements and events.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, deeply understanding their business objectives, customer service challenges, and operational KPIs (e.g. CSAT, AHT, FCR, automation/containment rate, cost per contact).
    • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, Support) to lead the implementation, onboarding, and continuous optimisation of AI-driven customer care solutions.
    • Define and execute Customer Success Plans per client, with clear objectives, milestones, KPIs, and expected business impact (efficiency, cost reduction, service quality, customer experience).
    • Monitor platform usage and operational performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for optimisation, additional automation, and expansion.
    • Lead Executive Business Reviews, translating data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with clients' operational and strategic goals, contributing directly to revenue growth.
    • Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
    • Stay current on contact center, customer experience, BPO, and AI trends, ensuring best-practice recommendations to clients.


    Requirements

    -Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related fields.

    -3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

    • Management or strategy consulting (operations, digital transformation, CX);
    • Contact center / customer service management or operations;
    • Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment.

    -Strong exposure to contact center or BPO environments (KPIs, workflows, quality, performance management) is a strong plus.

    -Experience working with senior stakeholders (Operations, CX, IT, Leadership).

    -Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems, work with data, and communicate insights clearly.

    -Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

    -Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

    -Genuine interest in AI-driven automation and customer service transformation.

    -Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
