  For this position you need to have residency in Portugal.

  Location: Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid - 2/3 days per week in the office)

  Level: Mid / Senior

  About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mid / Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

  
  

  Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst/functional support in IT.
  • Experiene in Agile projects and be able work in the Development team across all the software development life cycle.
  • Good knowledge of programming languages like SQL;
  • Be communicative in English (B2) and French (B2) is a big plus.

  We are now looking for a Market Risk Monitoring and Reporting Officer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid project based in Lisbon.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and monitor KPIs to ensure data quality across market and counterparty risk systems
  • Analyze trends, identify anomalies and ensure alignment with risk governance
  • Prepare and present KPI insights in committee meetings and to senior management
  • Manage and resolve incidents related to data quality and system issues
  • Collaborate with risk analysts and IT to improve existing processes and workflows
  • Propose and implement process improvements, automation, and documentation updates
  • Visualize complex financial data through clear, decision-supporting dashboards and reports

  
  

  Technical Profile:

  • Good understanding of market risk concepts and stress testing techniques
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL (mandatory)
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Experience with incident analysis and remediation
  • Familiarity with agile environments and data governance is valued

  
  

  Personal Profile:

  • Analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex findings
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with risk, IT and business stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for innovation and process optimization

  We are now looking for a Tableau Data Engineer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid project based in Porto.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain data infrastructure supporting Tableau-based reporting
  • Integrate, transform and model data from multiple sources
  • Manage Tableau Server architecture, including upgrades, migrations, and key changes
  • Support business users and developers with technical implementation and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to industrialize reporting needs
  • Configure and support non-production environments
  • Develop Tableau dashboards and internal monitoring tools
  • Ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability of delivered insights

  Technical Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
  • Proficiency in Tableau Server architecture (mandatory)
  • Ability to perform upgrades, migrations and manage licensing
  • Strong experience with SQL and Python (mandatory)
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes
  • Experience in banking or credit risk is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAS, PowerBI, Dataiku, Apache NiFi, JIRA is valued
  • Experience working in Agile environments

  Are you the one?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience recruiting IT profiles (software development, data, engineering, etc.).

  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and team-oriented with a passion for delivering results.
