  We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure our products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. This role supports manufacturing operations through quality system oversight, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance activities and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, BRC& IFS, FSC or other relevant quality standards;
  • Support manufacturing with process validation, SPC, FMEA, and data-driven quality improvements;
  • Lead root-cause investigations and implement effective CAPA actions;
  • Monitor quality metrics ( PPM, scrap, Cpk) and drive continuous improvement;
  • Review engineering changes and ensure robust manufacturing processes;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer and supplier quality issues.

  
  

  Qualifications

  
  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing quality engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, DOE, 8D).
  • Experience with QMS software and data analysis tools (Minitab preferred).
  • Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing preferred.

  We aim to find an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations, ensure strong financial governance, and support continuous improvement across our finance function. This role plays a key part in maintaining accounting integrity, driving compliance, and supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

  Responsibilities:

  
  

  Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing:

  • Assist the Country Finance Associate Director in closing monthly accounting books on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Coordinate monthly and annual closing activities and ensure compliance with internal deadlines.
  • Prepare and analyze management P&L reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial performance insights.
  • Review the accuracy of financial reports, accounting statements, and key reconciliations.

  General Ledger, Accounting & Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, revenue recognition, accruals/deferrals, and asset management.
  • Manage fixed assets processes including creation of new assets, validation, reconciliation, and system updates.
  • Monitor, review, and approve K2 purchase orders and Concur employee expenses.
  • Lead system accounting reconciliations across invoicing, purchasing, fixed assets, and payroll integrations.
  • Ensure financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

  Compliance, Audit & Tax:

  • Communicate with and manage statutory audits, serving as the main point of contact for external auditors.
  • Support tax compliance activities and all statutory reporting requirements in collaboration with the Country Finance Associate Director.
  • Enhance internal audit processes, controls, and accounting procedures to strengthen governance and reduce risk.
  • Provide compliance support during external auditor reviews and ensure timely remediation of findings.

  P&L Financial Analysis & Business Support:

  • Assist the Country Finance Associate Director in analyzing P&L deltas vs Plan and providing recommendations to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial analyses to support business decision-making.

  Systems, ERP & Process Improvements:

  • Serve as the focal point for SAP implementation and enhancement projects, working closely with the IT team.
  • Lead the identification and development of ERP improvement opportunities to streamline accounting workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a strategic and analytical mindset.

  Leadership & Team Development:

  • Provide technical accounting support to the finance team and lead ongoing training and development of junior members.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  
  

  Qualifications

  
  

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial accounting or accounting management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Certified Accountant preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Experience with SAP and/or PHC ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Fluency in English-both written and spoken-mandatory.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer orders and forecasts comply with internal ROE policies. Applies to all order types (BTS, MTO) and customers;
  • Support organic sales conversion activities to meet or exceed budget targets through proactive follow-up with KAMs;
  • Deliver Performance Assurance -Coordinate with Logistics and Planning teams to ensure timely and complete deliveries to customers. Track and report service level KPIs, ensuring performance is aligned with customer expectations and internal targets;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date backlog records, monitoring the order fulfillment in a timely manner. Assures that the backlog's root causes are properly justified providing visibility and insights to internal stakeholders and customers;
  • Assure proper invoicing process. Analyze internal master plans and schedules to support accurate invoice projections;
  • Analyze demand forecast changes and assess eventual impacts on inventory levels. Highlight risks to KAMs, Inventory management and Purchasing teams;
  • Monitor and follow up on customer's AR to ensure timely collection and minimize overdue exposure;
  • Manage execution of EOL product lifecycle, including but not limited to leftovers identification and invoicing;
  • Managing Communication with customers and amongst all stakeholders.

  
  

  Job Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years on similar job responsabilities;
  • Proven experience in customer relationship, Invoicing process, logistics and transportation acumen;
  • Energetic Communication;
