    We are looking for a Process & Innovation Specialist to support key transformation, digitalization and process improvement initiatives across operational and network areas. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys innovation, automation and customer centric solutions.


    Your Mission: Contribute to the design, coordination and monitoring of transformation projects that enhance efficiency, automation and digital capabilities. You will collaborate closely with operational teams, IT and various internal and external stakeholders.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead and contribute to process improvement, digitalization and automation initiatives.
    • Manage projects end to end: planning, requirements, implementation, go live and follow up.
    • Analyze and prioritize needs related to network processes.
    • Coordinate functional requirements with operations, IT and other stakeholders.
    • Monitor adoption of digital tools, support training and change management.
    • Act as the main point of contact for issues, anomalies and improvement opportunities.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Regional Business Excellence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects aimed at improving business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.


    Responsabilities

    • Leading the entire lifecycle of cross functional strategic projects as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, while driving requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder alignment, and data driven decision making to enable effective project execution and value realization
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization
    • Utilize data-driven approaches and customer centric perspective to analyze business processes and recommend solutions for digitalization and optimization, leading the change, and monitoring results, in close collaboration with business users, process owner and the Information Technology area.
    • Managing the project portfolio collecting information/kpi (PMO activities), ensuring for all strategic initiatives adherence to internal procedures and coordinating activities according to the best project management standards.
    • Managing relationships with colleagues from the Europ Assistance Group within international projects.


    How we are looking for

    • Master's degree in scientific or economic disciplines.
    • At least 5 years of experience in leading consulting firms on highly innovative process review and change management projects in the insurance or financial services sector.
    • Strong data analysis, business process design, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Project management certifications and proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

    Quem procuramos?

    • Licenciatura em Gestão, Marketing, Gestão de Marketing ou similares.
    • Experiência comercial B2B / B2B2C, com um mínimo de 2 anos.
    • Conhecimento do setor Automóvel, nomeadamente nas áreas de contrutores, rent-a-car, financeiras e gestores de frotas.
    • Facilidade de comunicação.
    • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e num ambiente dinâmico.
    • Inglês será considerado uma mais valia.

    We are seeking a Claims Fraud & Leakage Manager to play a key strategic role in driving technical quality, fraud prevention, and leakage control across all lines of business. This position will act as the central technical authority for fraud risk management, claims governance, and operational excellence, leading initiatives that directly enhance efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop the Claims Fraud & Leakage team, ensuring robust technical oversight of claims handling with a strong focus on fraud detection, fraud risk governance, and leakage control.
    • Ensure the Operations and Claims areas have the processes, tools, analytics, and resources required to effectively identify, prevent, and mitigate fraud risk.
    • Define, formalize, and implement fraud governance models, guidelines, detection frameworks, and training programmes.
    • Represent the local team in meetings with Regional and Group stakeholders, securing alignment on objectives, technical standards, and strategic initiatives.
    • Promote and drive local fraud prevention and detection initiatives, ensuring continuous enhancement of fraud controls.
    • Organize and coordinate Claims File Reviews and other audits focused on leakage identification and technical accuracy.
    • Design, implement, and monitor Action Plans to continuously improve fraud and leakage performance indicators.
    • Analyse KPIs and claims performance data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for corrective or preventive actions.
    • Collaborate transversally with Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and other key business areas to reinforce a strong fraud prevention culture.
    • Oversee compliance with Ex Gratia payment protocols, the correct setting of reserves for high value claims, and proper classification of exceptional events.


    Profile & Experience

    • Proven and substantial experience in insurance claims fraud management, leakage control, and technical excellence within the insurance sector.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams.
    • Strong strategic mindset and ability to influence cross functional stakeholders.
    • High analytical capabilities, strong organizational skills, and solid experience in project management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
    • Portuguese. Fluency in English.
