Your Responsabilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and modern frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot).
- Lead technical decisions, ensuring architecture quality, code standards and best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features within agile cycles.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable code and promote continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers and supporting knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to the design of microservices-based architectures and cloud-native solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance and improve reliability.
- Help shape the technology roadmap and propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
Your Profile
- +7 years of experience in Java development;
- Expertise in Spring/Springboot;
- Experience in microservices architecture;
- Experience with Azure cloud;
- Experience with Terraform;
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Knowledge in Kafka;
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
- Knoeledge in Kotlin (nice to have);
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban);
- Fluent in English.
