    Responsibilities


    • Monitor and balance our client's call activity and the workload of external Service Providers, utilizing internal stakeholder databases.
    • Identify barriers that limit the working capacity of external Service Providers, and communicate with field management to implement fixes to service issues lowering the optimization of workload efficiency and call queue management. Maintain this process until the service issues are resolved.
    • Contact stakeholders and their dedicated stakeholder support service team, to negotiate the best possible arrival time for Service Providers to complete necessary product upkeep.
    • Create and maintain strong working relationships with external Service Providers and Field Managers, to meet and exceed field metrics.
    • Implement and meet established cost targets, through negotiating with stakeholders and ensuring strict process compliance of all other KPIs.


    Qualifications & Experience


    • High School Degree or Secondary School Completion Equivalent. A Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred.
    • Advanced level usage of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly to platforms that allow issue documentation and frequent updates to drafted content.
    • The ability to multi-task and analyse various profiles at the same time, as is relevant to solve any arising issues.
    • Role model behaviours, and accountability for personal errors and correction. .
    • Specialized Customer Service Skills, especially with strong capacity to influence customer opinion and direction.

    Your Role & Responsibilities

    You will manage and scale the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) on Azure, build log ingestion pipelines, and implement Open Telemetry & Dynatrace for advanced monitoring.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • ELK Platform Delivery & Operations
    • Manage end-to-end delivery and ongoing operations of the ELK platform.
    • Configure and administer ELK components (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
    • Develop log collection, ingestion, and indexation scripts.
    • Implement alerting and observability features within ELK.
    • Monitoring Solutions
    • Contribute to monitoring solution studies and analyses.
    • Support Open Telemetry implementation for enhanced observability.
    • Collaborate on onboarding strategies for CUSTOMER entities and internal products.
    • Technical Development
    • Develop new log ingestion pipelines using Logstash and File beat.
    • Manage log storage and indexation within Elasticsearch.
    • Create and maintain dashboards in Kibana.
    • Deploy and scale new features on the ELK platform.

    Deliverables

    • Monitoring platform onboarding strategy.
    • ELK platform configuration and setup.
    • Onboarding scripts for platform integration.
    • End-to-end observability platform study.
    • Breakdown of development tasks with time estimates.


    Qualifications & Experience


    Qualification Required:

    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ELK development, implementation, and operations.
    • Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana configuration and administration.
    • Experience with log ingestion pipelines (Logstash, File beat).
    • Familiarity with Open Telemetry for observability.
    • Expertise in Dynatrace Grail.
    • Proficiency in Linux system administration.
    • Experience with Azure cloud environment and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform).
    • Knowledge of configuration management tools (Puppet) and version control (Git).

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

    • Platform: ELK stack deployed within Azure.
    • Tools: Terraform, Puppet, Git for deployment, automation, and version control.
    • OS: Linux system administration expertise required.


    Nice-to-Have:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
    • Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination.
