    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team within a leading telecommunications carrier. This role will play a vital part in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting accurate financial reporting primarily in Europe and the United States. The Accountant will contribute to the financial success of the organization by maintaining precise financial records and assisting with various accounting tasks.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Participate in the month-end and year-end close processes, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial data to identify variances and trends.
    • Create and import journal entrees.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting reports, collaborating with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
    • Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany transactions and other general ledger accounts.
    • Support the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
    • Ensure compliance with internal processes related with tax regulations and assist with, including VAT and corporate income tax.
    • Evaluate and improve internal controls and accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Assist with special projects, financial analysis, and ad-hoc reporting as required.


    ABOUT YOU:


    • You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance; CPA or ACCA certification is preferred.
    • A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry or a related sector.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS).
    • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
    • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, as well as effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge or experience with financial consolidation processes and tools is a plus.
    • Familiarity with SAP and other IT Tools - telecommunications industry-specific accounting practices is a plus.
    • Strong English knowledge is mandatory - additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, or other European languages are advantageous.

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We are looking for a junior Controller to support the HR Controlling and reporting activities on a global scope. Reporting directly to the Head of Group Controlling, the role is acting as a business partner to the HR and Finance communities.

    The successful candidate has strong analytical skills, is motivated to get things done, shows a hands-on approach, and is keen on working in an international team. The Controller takes ownership of monthly HR reportings, Headcount and forecast planning, as well as budgetary controls.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for consolidating and analyzing HR reportings at Group-level (actuals, budget, forecast), for Headcount and monthly labour costs (Opex and Capex), ensuring consistency across the different Business Units; Take ownership of monthly HR reports and analysis;
    • Responsible for headcount and labour cost reporting for Corporate functions (as well as regular variance analysis and forecasts);
    • Strong links with Senior HR Directors, Finance business partners and payroll teams to be able to understand and explain variances;
    • Working closely with finance to control accruals, forecast and rebilling employee costs to the right cost centers, reallocation to the right GL codes or to other entities;
    • Continuous development of our HR management dashboard as well as our headcount planning tool;
    • Support on building scenarios for head count and labour cost;
    • Optimization of HR and Controlling related processes.


    ABOUT YOU:

    • Completed university/college degree in Accounting, Finance/Controlling, Business Informatics or related discipline;
    • Strong analytical skills paired with a systematic approach;
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, as well as effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Familiarity with SAP and other IT Tools such as Power BI;
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills;
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements, priorities, and organizational structures.
    • Proficiency in English is required - additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, or other European languages are advantageous.
    • Availability for occasional travel.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team within a leading telecommunications carrier. This role will play a crucial part in overseeing the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to the financial integrity of our global operations.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Invoice Processing: Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate coding, approval, and timely payment of invoices.
    • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to the Accounts Payable team and assist other departments with related queries, ensuring efficient workflow and timely resolution of issues.

    • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
    • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications industry regulations and compliance requirements in Europe and the United States is a plus
    • ERP Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using accounting software and SAP.
    • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and support to accounts payable teams.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Procurement Director will lead the global procurement function, driving strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader who can align procurement strategies with corporate objectives, ensure compliance, and foster strong supplier partnerships. The Procurement Director will oversee a team of procurement professionals and collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
