Key Accountabilities:
• Define and implement test procedures to validate product functionality and manufacturability.
• Provide technical support for industrialization projects, ensuring alignment with production goals and requirements.
• Conduct testing and validation of manufacturing processes, identifying issues and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary technical and process documentation.
• Recommend improvements to products and processes with a focus on technical performance, standardization, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate in the design and industrialization of complex products, ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software solutions.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to promote continuous improvement and team development.
• Ensure compliance with company certifications, relevant technical standards, organizational regulations, and operational instructions.
• Perform additional tasks related to industrialization as assigned by the supervisor.
Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience
Academic Qualifications: B.Sc or Master's degree in Electrotechnical Engineering or a related field.
