    Missão: Atuar na área da formação da propriedade por forma a garantir que as atividades de formação e desenvolvimento estejam estrategicamente alinhadas com o serviço de excelência ao cliente e standards de luxo.


    Descritivo de Funções:

    • Gestão do plano anual de formação da propriedade;
    • Gestão das necessidades de formação dos departamentos;
    • Criar, desenvolver e implementar programas de formação ajustados às necessidades do resort, direcionadas ao serviço de excelência ao cliente e standards de luxo;
    • Organizar ações de formação interna e externa;
    • Elaborar relatórios periódicos de resultados de formação;
    • Garantir o cumprimento e o registo do BSA (Brand Standards);
    • Assegurar a conformidade legal e documental dos registos da formação;
    • Apoiar o processo de admissão de novos colaboradores;
    • Gestão administrativa de RH.


    Requisitos:

    • Conhecimento de padrões de hospitalidade de luxo e atendimento personalizado;
    • Domínio de metodologias e técnicas de formação e desenvolvimento;
    • Certificados de Competências Pedagógicas (CCP);
    • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e motivação de equipas;
    • Foco em excelência operacional e experiência do hóspede;
    • Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes;
    • Fortes competências interpessoais e comunicacionais;.


    Formação/Experiência Profissional:

    • Formação profissional no ramo da Hotelaria/Turismo/Gestão Hoteleira;
    • Experiência prévia mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
    • Experiência prévia em propriedade Marriott International (preferencialmente).


    Conhecimentos Linguísticos:

    • Fluência de comunicação em Português e Inglês (obrigatório);

    Mission: The Fitness Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the reception area at the fitness center. Includes greeting all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding fitness services and products, booking classes, checking guests into the computer system and charging for services performed.


    Job Description:

    • Be on time for your shift;
    • Properly open and close the fitness center each day according to the Standard Operating Procedure;
    • Accurately book, change and cancel fitness classes;
    • Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the fitness facilities;
    • Provide detailed descriptions of fitness classes, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation;
    • Utilize the fitness computers with skill and proficiency;
    • Answer the phone promptly and use the guest's name throughout the phone conversation;
    • Actively promote the fitness center, classes, services, retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available;
    • Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests;
    • Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously;
    • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction;
    • Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized work area;
    • Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at the assigned post for extended periods of time;
    • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment;
    • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings;
    • Assist in all areas of the fitness operation as request by management;
    • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the fitness center that require attention.


    Requirements:

    • Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task;
    • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment;
    • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills;
    • Must possess basic math and money handling skills;
    • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality;
    • Excellent communication, listening and computer skills;
    • Must be a team player.


    Education/Professional Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree/Professional Specialization in Sports.
    • Previous experience in the function;
    • Personal Trainer Certificate.

    Job Summary:

    • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key;
    • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit;
    • Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges;
    • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns;
    • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in;
    • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed;
    • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest;
    • Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy;
    • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system;
    • Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks;
    • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift;
    • Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
