    About the role

    The Group OTC Leader is a new role to lead the OTC agenda across the Safetykleen Group. The role will evolve the global design, governance, standardization, KPI Dashboards, drive continuous improvement, enabling the markets and functional leaders to drive their accountability on the OTC process and track cash delivery across the Group to ensure performance is well understood at all times.

    The role ensures process efficiency, strong internal controls, optimization of working capital and alignment with overall business targets, being the single point of accountability on OTC performance, systems and policy compliance across the Group, whilst embedding a KPI focus across the Finance and business teams, whilst leveraging the new MS Dynamics 365 ERP

    This is a high-impact role for an OTC lead who thrives in a fast-growing, complex business, and who can balance rigour with pace, insight with action, whilst managing senior stakeholders across the markets and Group functions.


    Key Responsibilities


    Process Leadership

    • Own and govern the end-to-end O2C cycle: sales & contract management, credit risk, billing, collections, disputes, and cash application

    • Maintain and optimize the global O2C playbook, KPIs, and process standardization

    • Partner with markets and functional leaders to strengthen accountability across the O2C cycle


    Performance Management

    • Monitor and evolve global O2C KPI dashboards to drive continuous performance improvement

    • Improve working capital and cash flow performance

    • Lead cash collection forecasting and issue resolution planning across markets

    • Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership


    Governance & Transformation

    • Ensure strong compliance with O2C policies and controls across all markets

    • Drive process optimization through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and automation initiatives

    • Partner with IT to deliver ERP enhancements and prioritize business-critical improvements

    • Lead e-invoicing and digital initiatives across multiple European markets

    • Support shared service centre efficiency programmes and upcoming ERP rollouts


    Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience leading O2C in complex, matrix organizations

    • Strong track record in global process optimization and cash collection performance

    • ERP expertise (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)

    • Strong analytical and KPI reporting capabilities

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

    • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution focus

    • Fluent in English

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex financial data into clear insights
    • Soft skills: collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and able to build strong cross-functional relationships
    • Detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
