    Opportunity: P2P (Accounts Payable) Specialist- Spanish Speaker


    What will you do?

    • Answer requests and manage relationship with the suppliers
    • Close and report (monitored by the GL team incl. inventory accounting)
    • Identify potential new EDI suppliers with the procurement team
    • Support the supplier in the implementation of EDI solutions (testing, etc.)
    • Management of the invoice workflow based on DOA which will include invoice rejections and invoices placed on hold
    • Invoice enrichment / correction (OCR)
    • Ensure credit notes are received from vendors were requested
    • Manage payment processing for standard, exception, and foreign currency payments
    • Manage non received payments
    • Corporate card application process and closing
    • Corporate card balance sheet reconciliation
    • Corporate credit limit management
    • Manage lodge card statements


    What you'll need to succeed?:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Business;
    • Fluency in Spanish & English
    • Experience working in Accounts Payable or Purchase to Pay;
    • Experience in Office applications and ERP system application (SAP preferred);
    • Ability to work under pressure;
    • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable person and familiar working under pressure;
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

    Sodexo is looking for an experienced Group Internal Auditor.

    The candidate will be part of a diverse team of approximately 25 people based in Paris, London, Singapore, Washington D.C., and Porto. This is a high-profile role, providing wide exposure to senior management and opportunity for future career progression. Group Internal Audit provides an independent and objective assessment of the level of controls and risks within the organization


    What will you do?

    1.Perform internal audits and follow-up of the timely implementation of corrective actions (in all functions and activities of the group)

    2.Develop and deliver audit output and opinions (verbal and written) on the Group's Internal Controls including:


    • Compliance with Group policies and procedures
    • Identify gaps in controls and risk management and share good practices and insights across the company

    What you'll need to succeed?:

    Opportunity: R2R Specialist (Fixed Assets)


    What will you do?

    • Create and maintain capital investments projects and its budgets;
    • Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets;
    • Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system;
    • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed;

    Opportunity: Reporting, Automation & Data Management Specialist


    The Reporting Team is in charge of all transversal SBS KPI Reporting, managing and broadcasting some of the Global Sodexo Reporting

    They develop Power BI dashboards for KPI visualization and communication and maintaining Legacy reporting. Also, provide support to the operational teams by bringing their reporting needs to the next level, facilitating and promoting efficiency in Reporting delivery.


    What will you do?

    • Build and maintenance of Power BI Dashboards for SSC operational performance, refining processes, and procedures to support.
    • Leverage technical expertise to develop and manage service performance management tools and reports for multiple departments and units (e.g. Power BI, Ivanti ticketing tool)
    • Analyze business report and automations requirements by conducting information gathering sessions with clients and gaining understanding of business needs. giving support as citizen developer on the existing and accessible solutions (e.g. Power Automate, macros, etc),
    • Develop metric tracking tools and reports, tailoring the approach to different stakeholders as necessary but driving towards consistency where possible.
    • Participate in relevant projects related to performance management /reporting.
    • Proactively identify trends and opportunities for improvement, suggesting innovative tools and leading practices
    • Respond to inquiries from stakeholders on management reporting and data analysis requests, ensuring timely and accurate support.

    What you'll need to succeed?:

    • 2+ years of relevant experience with performance KPI and reporting in a service organization
    • Strong experience with data management and reporting tools such as Power BI (mandatory) and knowledge of SAP tables & queries
    • Experience with Power Automate/Power Apps or other LCNC platforms.
    • Strong Excel skills (Power Query, advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros, and charting)
    • Strong analytical skills, finance and operations knowledge and experience will be a plus
    • Good command of verbal and written English
    • Knowledge of performance management and data management best practices and trends

    Credit & Collections -German Speaker


    What will you do?

    • Increases the speed at which customers' open items are paid.
    • Working closely with customers and internal teams to solve the non-payment root cause.
    • Manage customer relationships, which includes problem resolution and root cause analysis.
    • Drive on time the collection process/workflow to follow up on overdue.
    • Understand non-payment impact on the business activity to anticipate and/or escalate if needed.

    What you'll need to succeed?:

    LEGAL CONTRACT MANAGER (ENGLISH CV ONLY)


    You will provide full range of contractual and admin support and legal expertise for specific global client accounts. You will be dealing with all Contract Management activities including the implementation of local agreements, leading the contractual change process for the accounts as they grow, updating and maintaining the contract management tools. The Legal Contract Manager will report to the Senior Legal Contract Manager. It would be advantageous for the role holder to have experience within the Facilities Management sector and have worked on a commercial client facing account previously.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support, when needed, the drafting of local agreements under the Master Agreement working with local Legal Counsels.
    • Advise & train the wider teams on the contractual and admin requirements to increase compliance and drive profitability through a right use of the contracts.
    • Prepare and present contract trainings across the account.
    • Implement the contractual governance, change control procedures and maintain accurate historical and admin logs.
    • Draft contractual caveats / give recommendations after having assessed the risks to precede changes and deviations from the agreed terms.
    • Ensure the right approval channel for contractual changes based on internal delegations and change control procedures.
    • Take part to Governance meetings with the Client and the Central Account Team when relevant.
    • Ensure consistency with the contract management tools (Excel trackers, EQMS, etc.) & procedures already developed for other global accounts.
    • Ensure that contracts and contractual deliverables are in place.
    • Ensure compliance to Group / Global Client Contracts DOAs & contractual governance.
    • Report and monitor contract compliance
    • Regular coordination with regional and country teams regarding the preparation, completion and sign-off of the change control documents.
    • Participate on risk assessment, working closely with the Subject Matter Experts at Account and Group levels and followed with concrete preventive and corrective action


    What You Need to Succeed:

    • 2-5 years experience in legal and contract management support.
    • Paralegal or equivalent qualification.
    • Demonstrated technical skills and commercial awareness.
    • Experience with commercial contracts in multi-country jurisdiction environment.
    • Strong contract review and drafting skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adjust to different stakeholders.
