    Garantir uma gestão eficiente e estratégica das compras, assegurando o sourcing, negociação e seleção de fornecedores que ofereçam as melhores condições de custo, qualidade e fiabilidade, em total conformidade com as políticas internas e requisitos legais.


    PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

    • Sourcing e Seleção de Fornecedores: Pesquisar, avaliar e selecionar fornecedores que ofereçam o melhor custo-benefício e qualidade;
    • Negociação: Obter as melhores condições comerciais, preços e prazos;
    • Conformidade (Compliance): Assegurar que todas as aquisições cumpram políticas internas e regulamentações externas;
    • Gestão de Stocks: Assegurar o stock mínimo necessário para a operação;
    • Assegurar a entrada atempada de stocks no sistema operativo, e de acordo com os termos e condições previamente acordadas;
    • Gestão documental: validar/ aprovar a receção das faturas de stocks no workflow interno da empresa.


    QUEM PROCURAMOS?

    • Experiência mínima de 3 anos na função;
    • Licenciatura em Gestão/Economia/ Comércio Internacional/Engenharia ou similar;
    • Boa capacidade comunicativa e de trabalho em equipa;
    • Autonomia, organização e planeamento;
    • Sentido de responsabilidade, ética e confidencialidade;
    • Capacidade de análise e espírito critico.

    Assegurar todo o processo logístico de tratamento da encomenda e expedição até ao cliente, fazendo cumprir todos os processos e requisitos legais que lhe estão associados, garantindo o melhor serviço ao cliente.


    PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

    • Gerir todos os processos relacionados com a satisfação de encomendas dos clientes;
    • Garantir a introdução e monitorização da encomenda em sistema e documentação referente a cada encomenda (Expedição de Mercadorias / Gestão de Armazém);
    • Garantir os requisitos definidos em negociação com o cliente;

    If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in production planning, eager to tackle bottlenecks and enhance output, then this opportunity is exactly what you've been looking for.


    Reporting to the Planning Manager, your core mission will be to optimize production planning and collaborate closely with both the production and logistics teams. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for maximizing efficient production time (for instance, by sequencing production to minimize changeover time). You'll need to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep the shop floor up-to-date, identifying constraints and other issues, then driving solutions to ensure a continuous production flow.


    More specifically, you'll oversee:

    • Daily production line planning;
    • Analyzing incoming workload from the logistics team;
    • Suggesting line organization to Production Supervisors based on the received workload;
    • Generating work orders;
    • Collaborating with Production Supervisors to analyze production bottlenecks;
    • Managing customer-requested priorities;
    • Tracking the shipping schedule and calculating reliability results;
    • Monitoring in-process flow on the lines, as well as delay depth;
    • Working hand-in-hand with Production Supervisors to define production capacity plans.


    Is this position made for you?

    We're looking for someone with 4-5 years of experience in production planning, ideally within an industrial setting. You should have an engineering degree in industrial production or a related field and be highly proficient in MS Office and SAP. Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential, coupled with a keen eye for detail and the ability to organize information. Fluency in either French or English is a must.
