    A Eurofirms encontra-se a recrutar um Administrativo de Crédito e Cobranças (M/F) para uma empresa de aluguer de maquinarias pesadas, localizada na zona de Samora Correia.

    A pessoa selecionada irá desempenhar as seguintes funções:

    • Obter e verificar informações de risco para novos clientes;
    • Manter atualizadas as classificações internas de clientes por meio da análise contínua de todos os fatores de risco emergentes que possam afetar a classificação (incidentes, saldos);
    • Solicitar relatórios comerciais, etc, utilizados no processo de classificação;
    • Revisar reduções de crédito de entidades externas, como a Cyc;
    • Obter cobertura máxima de entidades externas, como a Cyc;
    • Classificar os clientes de acordo com a política de risco da empresa, até ao nível de autorização estabelecido;
    • Revisar classificações e relatórios elaborados por terceiros, quando necessário;
    • Bloquear e desbloquear remessas com base nas condições estabelecidas e dentro do limite atribuído, levando em consideração a experiência.


    Requisitos:

    • 12º ano de escolaridade;
    • Formação profissional será valorizada;
    • Conhecimentos do Microsoft Office (Excel e Word);
    • Línguas obrigatórios: Português e Espanhol (nível avançado);
    • Experiência em funções similares.


    Horário: de Segunda a Sexta, das 8h às 17h, com 1h de pausa e com os respetivos descansos previstos na lei.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead root-cause investigations and implement effective CAPA actions;

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
    • 5+ years of manufacturing quality engineering experience.

    • Experience with QMS software and data analysis tools (Minitab preferred).
    • Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing preferred.

    We aim to find an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations, ensure strong financial governance, and support continuous improvement across our finance function. This role plays a key part in maintaining accounting integrity, driving compliance, and supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

    Responsibilities:


    Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing:

    • Assist the Country Finance Associate Director in closing monthly accounting books on a timely and accurate basis.
    • Coordinate monthly and annual closing activities and ensure compliance with internal deadlines.
    • Prepare and analyze management P&L reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial performance insights.
    • Review the accuracy of financial reports, accounting statements, and key reconciliations.

    General Ledger, Accounting & Operations Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, revenue recognition, accruals/deferrals, and asset management.
    • Manage fixed assets processes including creation of new assets, validation, reconciliation, and system updates.
    • Monitor, review, and approve K2 purchase orders and Concur employee expenses.
    • Lead system accounting reconciliations across invoicing, purchasing, fixed assets, and payroll integrations.
    • Ensure financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

    Compliance, Audit & Tax:

    • Communicate with and manage statutory audits, serving as the main point of contact for external auditors.
    • Support tax compliance activities and all statutory reporting requirements in collaboration with the Country Finance Associate Director.
    • Enhance internal audit processes, controls, and accounting procedures to strengthen governance and reduce risk.
    • Provide compliance support during external auditor reviews and ensure timely remediation of findings.

    P&L Financial Analysis & Business Support:

    • Assist the Country Finance Associate Director in analyzing P&L deltas vs Plan and providing recommendations to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
    • Deliver accurate and timely financial analyses to support business decision-making.

    Systems, ERP & Process Improvements:

    • Serve as the focal point for SAP implementation and enhancement projects, working closely with the IT team.
    • Lead the identification and development of ERP improvement opportunities to streamline accounting workflows.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a strategic and analytical mindset.

    Leadership & Team Development:

    • Provide technical accounting support to the finance team and lead ongoing training and development of junior members.
    • Foster a culture of accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


    Qualifications


    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial accounting or accounting management role.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Certified Accountant preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
    • High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
    • Experience with SAP and/or PHC ERP systems is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
